Lance Camarillo is a film director, acting coach, and the founder of 541  Productions, a nationally recognized actor development company focused  on preparing talent for careers in film and television. 

With over 19 years of experience in the entertainment industry, Lance  began his career studying at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts  before working alongside Disney and Nickelodeon talent. His passion for  storytelling and actor development eventually led him to launch 541  Productions in 2014, where he has since worked with over 1,000 actors  across the United States. 

541 Productions is known for its unique, hands-on approach to training,  combining on-camera technique, real film production experience, and direct  exposure to industry professionals. The company has built a reputation for  helping actors bridge the gap between training and working professionally,  with alumni earning opportunities on major platforms including Netflix,  Disney, Paramount+, and Tyler Perry Studios. 

Lance’s teaching style is energetic, practical, and deeply rooted in real world industry standards. He is passionate about helping actors not only  grow in their craft, but also understand the business side of the industry,  positioning themselves with confidence, clarity, and professionalism.
