Tina Contogenis
Tina Contogenis is the Founder and President of Eris Talent Agency, where she has built a reputation for identifying emerging market shifts and positioning talent at the forefront of new content ecosystems. A respected voice in both traditional film and next-generation digital production models, Tina has been an early and active architect in the rapidly expanding vertical microdrama space—helping bridge the gap between legacy representation structures and the evolving demands of short-form, mobile-first storytelling.
Through her leadership at Eris, Tina has successfully built and guided the careers of hundreds of actors. Her agency has been instrumental in advocating for talent protections, deal memo standardization, and intimacy-forward rider language tailored specifically for vertical productions—areas that have historically lacked consistent industry oversight.
In addition to her work in talent representation, Tina serves on the board of the Association of Talent Agents (ATA), where she focuses on advocacy, membership review, commercial agency interests, and legislative issues affecting mid-size and boutique agencies. She is a consistent proponent for ensuring that independent agencies—and the clients they represent—maintain meaningful access and negotiating power as distribution channels diversify and platform-driven content models continue to reshape the entertainment landscape.
Tina remains actively involved in developing co-productions in both the traditional and vertical space with the sister company, Eris Entertainment. This year, not only will Eris Entertainment release 4 large films theatrically, they will also begin producing their slate of vertical Micro-dramas.
