Both Shelly and Michael have a remarkable story that proves persistence pays off! Neither made it through their first audition, but they didn't give up. Shelly, who's now been with Universal for 20 years, and Michael, with 15 years of experience, transformed initial disappointments into incredible careers spanning across performing, choreography and casting.
