As part of WeAudition: Actors Pro Expo London 2026, we’re excited to invite performers to take part in our Live Stage Monologue Competition, a unique opportunity to perform live at the Expo and be seen by industry professionals.

This competition is designed to celebrate craft, presence, and storytelling, while giving actors meaningful exposure in a professional, supportive environment.

Selected performers will have the opportunity to perform live on stage at the Expo, positioned in the heart of the exhibitor gallery. During each performance, the actor’s headshot will be displayed on large LCD screens across the venue, ensuring strong visibility throughout the event.

In addition to performing live, selected actors will be featured across WeAudition’s blog, newsletters, and show guides, offering extended exposure to thousands of industry professionals, creatives, and fellow performers. This competition offers more than an online submission, it creates a moment.

By entering, performers have the chance to:

• Perform live in front of an engaged audience

• Be seen by agents, casting directors, and industry pros attending the Expo

• Gain visibility across WeAudition & Actor Pro Expos platforms

• Experience the confidence and momentum that comes with live performance

For many actors, this is a rare opportunity to combine live performance, professional presentation, and industry exposure in one setting.

How to Enter

• Upload a monologue to Instagram or TikTok

• Use the hashtag #weauditionactorsproexpo2026

• Monologues may be from stage, screen, or self-written material

• There is no time limit, though quality and clarity are encouraged over length

• Entries open: Jan 5th - 14th, 2026 & the winners announced: Jan 21st, 2026

Meet the 2026 Stage Judges

Our judging panel brings together experienced professionals from casting and representation:

Tree Petts - Casting Director

An award-winning London-based casting director who has worked extensively with UK and international clients, including repeated collaborations with director Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman). Tree is also the Founder of the Casting Directors’ Association and has cast over 2,000 commercials.

Sonia Allam - Casting Director

Founder of Sonia Allam Casting and a member of the CDG of Great Britain & Ireland. Sonia’s credits span BBC, ITV, SKY, Amazon Prime, Channel 4, Disney, Nickelodeon, and more, with recent work including Brassic (SKY), The Split Up (BBC), and The Blame (ITV).

Brooke Kinsella - Senior Agent and Company Director, InterTalent

Brooke trained at the Anna Scher Theatre School before moving into representation. Now a Senior Agent and Company Director at InterTalent, she brings a performer’s perspective and strategic expertise to talent development.

 

This competition is not about chasing trends or performing for algorithms. It’s about craft, confidence, and connection.
