Olissa Rogers

Casting Associate
Olissa Rogers is currently working as a Freelance Casting Associate to Fiona Weir. She began working in the industry back in Germany in 2008. She worked there until 2016 mainly on TV Series. In 2016 she met casting director, Jeremy Zimmermann, and went to be casting assistant for him on several films until 2018. She then moved on to become casting assistant to Kharmel Cochrane for commercials and TV/Film projects.

Other offices Olissa has worked for as a Casting Associate were for Theo Park and Amy Hubbard where she worked on projects e.g. Emmy Award Winning TV Series Ted Lasso, Anthony, Criminal S2 etc.

Amy O’Neill


Amy trained at Mountview Academy of Arts, graduating in 2001. She worked for several years as an actor before finding her real love in agenting. She was an agent at IT&M before joining Jonathan Arun (now JAG.) where she worked as an agent/director for more than a decade. In 2020 Amy set up her own agency, Thrive, where she represents a select group of actors for both stage and screen.

Phil Shaw

Casting Director/Voice & Acting Coach

Phil trained as an actor at The Webber Douglas Academy and has worked in the theatre, film and TV industry for over thirty years. He was also an agent with ICM (now ITG) and has independently cast commercials for JWT, Great Guns and Ridley Scott Associates.

His casting credits include – ‘The Singing Detective’; ‘Talking Heads’ (casting associate – BBC TV); Marguerite Duras’ Days in the Trees with Corin Redgrave and Rachel Kempson (BBC Radio 4), People Are Living There, and The Chalk Garden with Constance Cummings (Kings Head); The Turn of the Screw (UK No 1 Tour); Alan Bennett’s ‘Enjoy’ (Watford, Palace Theatre); The Last Post with Gael Garcia Bernal (BAFTA nominated; Grand Prize – Berlin Film Festival), Romans 12:20 (Grand Jury Prize, ARPA Los Angeles), Deckies (Channel 4); ‘The Bill’ (Thames TV); The Killing of Sister George (Oldham Coliseum); ‘For Services Rendered’ (casting consultant – Chichester Festival Theatre/Patrick Garland); Leo Media Group’s Love & Virtue, and UK casting on the feature Italian Movies.

He’s currently working on a UK/U.S. TV drama series with writer/exec prod, Neil LaBute; the epic historical drama, Albion, and two theatre projects. Phil is also a casting consultant to the National Film & TV School, a guest tutor at Central Film School, voice/audition technique coach, a career marketing consultant at The Actors Centre, and has given casting seminars at RADA, Central, LAMDA, The Old Vic New Voices and Spotlight Stand-Up Drama. He also runs an actors’ ‘in person’ and Skype/Zoom career consultancy service.
