Identity School of Acting 

Founded 24 years ago by Femi Oguns, MBE, with a bold vision to disrupt the industry, Identity School of Acting (IDSA) is a multi-award-winning, part-time drama school with schools in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Los Angeles, and Online and has become a leading force in nurturing a new, diverse generation of actors for stage and screen. 

With a curriculum that combines rigorous training in text, screen acting, movement, and voice, IDSA equips students with the tools and confidence to forge successful careers in the dramatic arts. Our integrated approach offers a broad and dynamic foundation, enabling performers to develop their own distinctive voices while gaining the practical skills required to thrive in a competitive industry. 

Each year, IDSA welcomes a vibrant and diverse community of aspiring actors, united by their raw talent and unwavering passion for performance. More than just a training institution, IDSA is a creative home—where collaboration, personal growth, and lifelong friendships are nurtured in an inclusive, supportive environment. 

Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the classroom. Students benefit from a curated programme of masterclasses, free workshops, and exclusive industry talks led by leading professionals across theatre, television, and film. Our esteemed faculty comprises specialist tutors and working practitioners with deep industry ties, offering real-world insights and mentoring students across a range of contemporary performance styles.

Identity Agency Group (IAG) 

Founded in 2006, Identity Agency Group (IAG) emerged in response to the lack of meaningful representation and diversity across the screen, television, and film industries. Nearly two decades on, IAG has established itself as one of the UK’s leading talent agencies, representing a powerful roster of groundbreaking actors across theatre, television, and film—both nationally and internationally. 

Our award-winning clients have been recognised by major institutions including the BAFTAs, Olivier Awards, British Independent Film Awards, and the EE Rising Star Awards. Many have gone on to secure leading roles in major Hollywood productions and critically acclaimed global projects. 

IAG is proud that approximately 85% of its represented talent are alumni of the Identity School of Acting (IDSA), reflecting the exceptional standard of training and talent nurtured through the school. However, it is important to note that enrollment at IDSA does not guarantee agency representation.IAG operates as a separate entity and selects actors via an invitation-only process based on industry readiness and potential.

IDSA Talent 

IDSA Talent is the dedicated emerging talent division of the Identity Agency Group (IAG), created to develop and support promising actors currently training at the Identity School of Acting. 

Clients of IDSA Talent are carefully selected from the student body and benefit from tailored support designed to prepare them for potential full representation. Several former IDSA Talent clients have successfully progressed to secure professional contracts with IAG, as well as booking industry work while still in training. 

IDSA Talent acts as a crucial stepping stone—offering guidance, exposure, and opportunities to those demonstrating strong potential, professionalism, and commitment to the craft. 

Together, IAG and IDSA Talent represent a clear and supportive pathway for aspiring actors, from training to the professional stage and screen.
