The life of an actor has always been dynamic and sprinkled with moderate uncertainty. The pillars of stability that most of us could rely on shifted drastically with COVID-19. Now living through a time of unprecedented global uncertainty and seemingly chaotic change, we may be experiencing heightened anxiety, stress, and even sadness. In this 45-minute practice, we will journey through the knowledge of the body as a way to navigate change and uncertainty with grace.

Prepare your questions for a live Q&A when the session concludes.
