About Tree:

Tree is an award winning, London based casting director catering for major clients both in the UK and internationally and has worked with some of the biggest directors, including Michael Gracey (The Greatest Showman) 10 times!
Known throughout the industry not only for her curly locks, but her energy, driving enthusiasm and her strong moral compass. Tree founded the Casting Directors’ Association to help maintain standards in the industry she loves. Tree has won a number of awards for casting and has now cast over 2000 commercials (she hasn’t got bored yet..)
Tree specialises in traditional casting (finding actors/models) and street casting and is known for her work with children who seem to relate and respond to her childish charms. She has worked on many award winning commercials, advertising campaigns, films and music videos; she is also a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion in all aspects of casting.
With over 20 years’ experience Tree has built up a comprehensive database of ‘real’ people. Her widely known expertise in street casting has seen her find a very diverse mix of people worldwide and often works with global brands in multiple markets. No matter how obscure the brief Tree Petts Casting can cast it.
