Your professional relationship with your Agent/Manager is one of the most important relationships you will encounter within your career. Securing the right representation and working as a team can be a real game changer for your career, but how do you know when an Agent/Manager is right for you and how do you cultivate a successful relationship to get the best results? This seminar will cover the process an Agent/Manager goes through when looking for new talent to add to their books and what the Agent/Manager expects of their talent. There will also be time for questions, come prepared with some!

Juliana Castro has been an agent in the On Camera department at CESD for the last four years. She was an assistant for a very short time, before the owners and the on camera agents saw something in her. Her sharp eye for talent, sense of humor, and impeccable taste have made her one of the top commercial agents in Los Angeles.  She loves going out to the comedy clubs and showcases, searching for the next FLO! Juliana is a graduate of Syracuse University.
