Joi Rouncefield
Joi Rouncefield is the Lead Agent at Urban Talent Actors, a vibrant agency based in the heart of Manchester with a growing reputation as one of the most exciting boutique agencies outside of the London bubble. Joi trained as an actor at The Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA) before becoming an Agent’s Assistant across both Lime Actors Management and Urban Talent in 2016.
She was promoted to Agent at Urban Talent in 2019 and given the exciting opportunity to relaunch the business. In 2022 she became Lead Agent of the rebranded Urban Talent Actors with clients regularly securing work globally across all areas of the industry. Joi fiercely supports the individuality of her artists and prides herself on the agency’s professional and personal style of management.
Lucy Richardson
Lucy Richardson is the Talent Manager at Atius Management, Manchester’s leading boutique personal management agency representing a diverse range of actors throughout the UK. Lucy brings her vast knowledge of the TV & Film industry to her working day after a 20 year varied career.
Working both in front of and behind the camera starting as a Runner, a Production Assistant and by 2017 as a Producer. Lucy started as an Agent’s assistant at a previous agency, then headlining their Manchester office before joining Atius Management in 2021. There she quickly climbed the ranks being made Head Agent before becoming the business owner in October 2022.
Alex Priestley
After Alex graduated from The University of Salford with a first-class degree honours in BA Media and Performance, she began working at long established Manchester based talent agency PHA Icon. There she headed up and developed the actors division for 9 years, until taking the step to spread her wings and venture out on her own.
Over the years Alex has helped to establish and develop the careers of many accomplished actors including: Olivia Cooke (Bates Motel, Ready Player One, Vanity Fair), Dolly Rose Campbell (Coronation Street), Sam Retford (Ackley Bridge) Kirsty Leigh Porter (Coronation Street, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks), David Tag (Hollyoaks)
