Sandi Logan joins us to discuss the process of casting for TV. She will draw on her experience of casting comedy and drama for TV to give you the best advice on how to prepare for an audition. Join this session to ensure you get the chance to be called in again in-person. You haven’t lost your technique!

During this session a moderator will choose a few questions to be answered.

Sandi Logan has been a Casting Director for almost 24 years. She has cast television pilots, series, mini-series, TV movies, and even a reality show. She was also the in-house Casting Director for the Falcon Theatre, now renamed the Garry Marshall Theatre.  In 2003, she was nominated for an Emmy for Best Casting of a Comedy Series for “Monk.”

During her career, she also spent eight years as the Vice President of Casting, at ABC Studios and ABC Network where she oversaw over 65 pilots and 40 series.

She is currently casting “Dynasty” and “Nancy Drew,” both for the CW Network, and “Mr. Iglesias” for NETFLIX.  Sandi received her Bachelor’s degree in Theatre (with an emphasis in Directing) from UC San Diego and has taught at various drama schools around the country.
