Amy Raine Jackson has worked with many of the top casting directors including Amy Hubbard, Rachel Freck, Rachel Sheridan, and Kate and Lou Casting. During this time she’s seen the variety of ways different casting directors work. In this 45 minute session Amy will be focussing on what matters at Hubbard Casting, and how you can shine next time you are called in to the Primetime Emmy Award winning casting office responsible for Homeland, Little Women, Hatton Garden, A Confession, The Lord of the Rings trilogy, as well as The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, and The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies.

Amy Jackson is a freelance Casting Associate/Director, currently working as Associate to Amy Hubbard. She started her casting career working full time with Sasha Robertson and has gone on to work in a freelance capacity with some hugely respected casting directors, such as Kate Rhodes James, Rachel Freck, Julie Harkin, Jina Jay, Kate Dowd, Gemma Sykes, and Rachel Sheridan, amongst others. Her most recent casting credits include In My Skin (BBC), The Other One (BBC), Four Weddings and a Funeral (Hulu), and Flack Series 2 (Pop and UKTV). She is currently working on a high profile and confidential project for a major streaming service with Amy Hubbard. Amy prides herself on her ability to connect and work with an understanding of actors, having come from a family of actors. Amy is proud to be a probationary member of the Casting Directors’ Guild.
