Caitlin Joseph is a UK based Casting Director with over 15 years of experience working across Television and Film. Starting out in commercials and seeking talent on open feature film calls, Caitlin then worked as Associate to Suzanne M. Smith for 7 years, before setting up Caitlin Joseph Casting in 2024.

Caitlin has a wealth of experience in casting internationally and advocates for a creative and collaborative casting process. She has worked across many notable Television and Film productions for Netflix, Amazon, Sky, Sony, Apple TV+ and more. She is currently working on a TV series and two feature films.
