Storytelling has been a part of my life for as far back as my memory can reach, and this has developed through various forms. At drama school I realised I wasn't interested in performing the story per se, but in the voice and method behind the storytelling.

After leaving drama school I went into casting within HETV and Film and over the past seven years I have worked with some incredible directors on some truly outstanding projects, including I MAY DESTROY YOU, HEART OF STONE, SHARDLAKE, CULPRITS, FEMME, SHOWTRIAL, MALPRACTICE, HOUSE OF DAVID and many more. It was a joy to work with these incredible creators on such inspiring projects and it wasn’t long until I got the itch to tell stories of my own.

I have worked with prestigious casting directors, Julie Harkin, Nathan Toth, Shaheen Baig and Daniel Edwards. I am currently Casting Associate at Garrett Casting as well as working solo as Casting Director on various projects. I am very proud to have completed my debut short film STELLA, we premiered at the BFI Flare festival 2024 and have been selected for the Manchester, Lovers 39th, Gaze LGBTQIA+ film festivals. We were awarded semi-finalist at the Berlin International TV Series Film Festival in the short film category and won for best international short film at the Paris Arts and Movie awards in our festival journey so far.

My aim is to work with actors in a safe and creative manor, to work on narratives with grit and truth, to engage with characters that are as relatable as they are complex, and to encourage diversity in all aspects.
