Getting to WeAudition: Actors Pro Expo 2025 couldn’t be easier.

🚄 By Train: Liverpool Street Station

Follow directions for main concourse from the underground.

🚲 By London Cycle Scheme: There are many “Boris Bike” docking stations within minutes of Liverpool Street station including on Bishopsgate.

🚌 By Bus: 155 Bishopsgate is served by many bus routes including 388, 242, 149, 135, 78, 48, 47, 42, 35, 26 and 8.

What Is WeAudition: Actors Pro Expo?

WeAudition: Actors Pro Expo is an acting convention for professionally trained actors and those looking to enter the industry, offering opportunities to network, learn, and connect with entertainment professionals. Rather than focusing on beginner basics, the event concentrates on growth and career development, providing insight from casting directors, agents, coaches, and working performers. It explores industry trends, practical tools, and professional strategies to help attendees strengthen their craft and pursue sustainable careers across screen, stage, and voiceover.

Date, Location & Timings Of The Expo?

WeAudition: Actors Pro Expo will take place at 155 Bishopsgate, London, conveniently located near London Liverpool Street station, from 10 am to 6 pm on February 28th 2026. Attendees can enjoy panels, workshops, and networking opportunities with casting directors, agents, coaches, and industry professionals. After the main event, there will be an after-party in the same building, offering a relaxed setting to continue conversations, make connections, and celebrate the day with fellow actors and creatives from across film, theatre, and voiceover.

Can attendees exit and re-enter the venue?

Absolutely! Upon arrival, you’ll receive a wristband, allowing you to leave and return to the venue as often as you like.

Who can attend the expo?

Actors of all experience levels are welcome—no CV is required for entry! Please note that attendees must be 16 or older. If you’re under 16, be sure to check out our “Young Talent Expo,” taking place in November.

How much does it cost to attend?

General admission is £10 + Booking Fees with options to upgrade to enjoy more from the expo. Full ticket information is available here.

How do I register for the event?

You can register here by purchasing your ticket. There is no name check on the door, we just scan your ticket.

Are group discounts available?

Yes, discounts are offered for groups of 10+. Please email felicity@actorsproexpo.com for your code.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets to the expo are non-refundable, however are able to transfer your ticket to another year or as there is no name check on the door, tickets can be transferred between actors.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event?

Yes, either a printed ticket or a digital version on your mobile device will be required. We highly recommend downloading the eventbrite app to show your ticket on the door.

Is there an age limit to attend?

The event is aimed at attendees aged 16 and older. If you need to bring your child due to issues with childcare, they are welcome but please keep them close to you at all times. If you’re under 16, be sure to check out our “Young Talent Expo,” taking place in November.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately not, although we love dogs! The venue does not permit any dogs other than guide dogs.

Do I need to pre-book my acting seminars or workshops if I have a Class Pass, All Access Pass or VIP Pass?

You do not need to pre-book your seminars or workshops. On arrival, you will be given a wristband and you can access all seminars & workshops in every room by just walking in!

Can I meet Casting Directors and Agents at the expo?

There are selected agents who will be exhibiting at the expo, so you can chat to them at their booth all day. There are also guest speakers, and panellists attending Perform 4 Good who will be at the expo.

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes, there is a cafe on each floor, with hot drinks and snacks available. You are welcome to bring a packed lunch with you, however seating is very limited in the venue.

What should I bring to the event?

You just need to bring a really positive, brilliant attitude and an empty notebook for everything you will learn! You do not need to bring a headshot, CV or business card - however, you are welcome to if you want!

Is there a cloakroom?

Yes, there is a complimentary cloakroom on the 2nd Floor.
